Booking & Availability

  • How do I check availability?
    You can check availability using the button on each cottage page. Dates are updated daily.
  • How do I request a booking?
    Use the “Request a Booking” button and complete the short form. We’ll confirm your stay by email.
  • Is a deposit required?
    Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before arrival.

Arrival & Departure

  • What time is check‑in?
    Check‑in is normally from 4pm. We’ll send full arrival details before your stay.
  • What time is check‑out?
    Check‑out is by 9am so we can prepare the cottage for the next guests.

  • Where do we collect the keys?
    Keys are kept inside a keysafe by the front door (Thyme Cottage = back door). You will be sent the code upon receipt of your balance, with your arrival information package

Facilities

  • Is parking available?
    Yes, all cottages include adjacent parking.

  • Is WiFi included?
    Yes, all Coachyard Mews cottages include fast, reliable WiFi. Thyme Cottage has a standard connection

  • Are towels and bedding provided?
    Yes, all bed linen is provided. We do not supply towels except by special arrangement, normally for overseas guests

Pets

  • Do you allow dogs?
    Yes, all of our cottages are dog‑friendly. 

  • Are there dog‑friendly beaches nearby?
    Yes, many beaches in the Seven Bays area welcome dogs year‑round.

Location

  • How far are the cottages from Padstow harbour?
    Coachyard Mews cottages are just a few steps from the harbour. Thyme Cottage is just a short walk away along the Camel Estuary pavement and cycle way

  • Are there shops and restaurants nearby?
    Yes, Padstow offers a wide range of shops, cafés and restaurants.

Thyme Cottage

A single storey cottage, with a large conservatory on the outskirts of town yet within easy walking distance, a route which takes you along the scenic Camel Estuary. This property lies in a quiet rural location and is approached by a single track lane.


Coachyard Mews

A delightful modern development of six 2-3 bedroom pet friendly holiday cottages, with adjacent parking, set right in the town centre of Padstow, with its picturesque working harbour, famous restaurants, public houses, boutiques, banks and shops.
