		Coachyard Mews is situated only a few yards from Padstow's quaint and picturesque harbour, which is surrounded by shops, restaurants and public houses. Please see 'where to find us' to see just how close to the centre of town we are. The Mews comprises a group of lovely cottages completed in the Spring of 1992 to a high specification including cavity wall insulation, gas central heating, and double glazing, making them the ideal choice for a holiday at any time of the year.

Equipment includes dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator with cold box, electric hob and oven, kettle, toaster, cot, highchair, tv, video, additional digital channels such as ITV2, BBC3 and 4 courtesy of Freeview, stereo CD player and radio, rotary dryer and garden table and chairs. All cottages have one double and one twin bedded room and are carpeted throughout. Three bed properties have an additional bunk bedroom. Bathrooms have MIRA power showers over the baths.
Coachyard Mews has the benefit of parking adjacent to each cottage – No.5 can accommodate a second vehicle by opening the double gates to the rear garden. There is additional parking available either on the Quay or at the top of New Street.

All cottages in Coachyard Mews have small rear gardens, where there is a rotary dryer and a patio set. Some properties are available for single bedroom occupancy at certain times at substantial reductions from the published 2-bed tariff. Please see the availability listing for full details. The provision of bed linen and tea towels is included in the rental. You will need to bring bath and beach towels, however. Bed linen is changed prior to your stay. For additional changes, please see our Agent (contact details are found in the Cottage) upon arrival. Baby sitting facilities can be arranged via our Agent. It is probably best to make arrangements in advance of your stay. If you wish to take advantage of this facility, please let me know at the time of booking and I will put you in direct contact with her.
Pet policy: Well behaved pets are welcome at Coachyard Mews. There is no additional charge.
Smokers are welcome to smoke outside in the gardens but not inside the cottages.
