STATEMENT
The nearest railway station
is at Bodmin (Parkway) from which there is a regular bus service
to Padstow.
Both Coachyard Mews and Thyme Cottage lie just a short taxi ride
away (less than 5 minutes)
There is parking for one vehicle right outside all the cottages.
COACHYARD MEWS
Parking at 1-4 Coachyard Mews (2-bedroom) is less than 5 yards from
the front door. There is one kerbstone step and one step up into
the cottage.
Parking at 5-6 Coachyard Mews is to the rear of the property. The
front doors are less than 15 yards from the parking facility. No.
5 requires one step up to gain access via the front door. No. 6
requires 3 steps up for access.
The cottages are on two levels with a modern staircase and hand
rail separating the downstairs living room, kitchen and dining areas
from the bedrooms and bathroom which is upstairs. The bathroom comprises
a low level w.c, a hand basin and a bath with shower over.
THYME COTTAGE
Parking at Thyme Cottage is in a layby in the lane below the conservatory.
Access is gained either via the front door approximately 10 yards
from the parking area, or the back door off the rear garden which
is about 20 yards from the parking area. In each case there are
approximately 5 steps up in order to gain access.
The cottage is all on one level inside, except for one small step
in the kitchen and two steps down into the conservatory.
The bathroom comprises low level w.c., a wash basin and a bath with
shower over.
All the doorways in all the cottages are of normal size.

THYME COTTAGE DIRECTIONS
Referring to the map above, as you approach Padstow on the A389, turn
RIGHT at Tesco’s into Sarah’s Lane, and drive all the way down the
hill to the 4-way junction.
At the junction, take the 3rd exit down a narrow lane. At the bottom
of the hill (this is where the map ends) there is a lake on the left.
Turn LEFT after the lake just as the road starts to climb. Thyme Cottage
is about 50 yds further on, on the RIGHT (you will see the Conservatory)
facing the lake (although the view of it from Thyme Cottage is restricted,
especially during the summer because of all the leaves on the trees)
We aim to cater for the needs of our guests in our three bedroom bed and breakfast establishment. All bedrooms are located on the first floor which is accessed via the main staircase.
